Appraisal Fees
Unless there is prior agreement, the appraisal fee is due in advance. For larger commercial appraisals 50% of the appraisal is due in advance and the remaining 50% is due after the assignment has been completed but before delivery.

Call or email a bid request for narrative appraisals or for single family homes in excess of $1,000,000.
A typical charge for an improved small commercial appraisal in a summary report will range from $1,400 to $1,800, and it is based on the estimated time and difficulty of the assignment and has nothing to do with the value of the property.
