Appraising large complex properties takes a lot of time, and we are committed to providing appraisals of both residential and commercial type properties fast. By accepting primarily appraisal assignments of smaller properties, we are able to consistently provide quick convenient valuation services and deliver reports on time.

Our primary service area is: Polk, Osceola, Orange and Highlands Counties. We also provide service to all areas of the central Florida. For very large multiple parcel type appaisals, we may combine efforts with other appraisal offices in central and southern Florida area to provide for large complex appraisal assignments is a reasonable period of time. 

Fees are based upon the complexity and estimated completion time of the assignment. As such we must do a cursory review of the property before we can estimate a fee.
